Wai’s real estate experience spans the US, UK, and Asia. Prior to joining Crane Capital, he worked at a global real estate investment firm spearheading their expansion into Asia and reaching $6 billion of assets under management.

Ricky has overall responsibility of the company’s operations and is involved in its strategic direction and investment activities.
Prior to joining Crane Capital, Ricky spent 21 years working for a leading global private equity investment firm with $100 billion under management.
Hubin SONG
Partner | Investments
16 years of real estate investment experience.
Hubin has overall responsibility of the investment portfolio and is involved in the development of the company’s investment strategy. He also leads the investment team in their execution of investments and advises the portfolio company management teams.
Prior to joining Crane Capital, Hubin worked for a global real estate investment firm where he was involved in the execution of $5 billion in real estate investments across various sectors in Japan, US and Greater China.
Thu PHAN
Managing Director | Investments
16 years of real estate investment experience.
Thu is responsible for sourcing opportunities, investment execution, asset management, and the management of the investment team. She works closely with the portfolio companies on the execution of their strategy and advises them on their activities.
Prior to joining Crane Capital, Thu worked for leading real estate advisory and investment firms in the US and Asia. Her experience consists of investor relations, business development, acquisitions and asset management.
Yuichi TAKAHASHI
Managing Director | Investments
15 years of real estate investment and credit investment.
Yuichi is responsible for deal sourcing, investment execution and asset management. He works closely with internal and external partners to execute investment strategies and development of the portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Crane, Yuichi worked for global investment and advisory firms in Asia Pacific spanning Japan, Australia and Southeast Asia. His investment experience consists of special situations, structured debt and real estate mortgage portfolio investments.
Cheryl GOURLEY Director | Development
10 years of real estate, design, engineering and construction experience.
Cheryl is responsible for overseeing the delivery of developments from the site identification and acquisition stage to completion.
Cheryl works closely with the portfolio companies by advising on their strategic planning, project management, and financial oversight of their developments, while maintaining high standards of quality.
Prior to Crane, Cheryl worked for leading design, engineering and project management consultancies in Asia, US and the UK. She is chartered by the Royal Institute of British Architects and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Yale is responsible for leading strategic
portfolio analysis, managing portfolio composition and enhancing investment performance. He works closely with portfolio companies to implement their
investment mandates. He is also responsible for assessing new strategic initiatives.

focused real estate investment and audit firms. His past experiences consist of acquisitions, asset and investment management, business development
and audit.
